Returns & Exchanges
Please review our exchange eligibility requirements and return postage information below.
7-Day Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied, you may exchange your purchase within 7 days at no exchange fee, provided your item meets the eligibility requirements below. Return postage is paid by the customer.
Choose Store Credit
If you do not find another item you would like, you will be issued store credit for your eligible return.
Refund Policy
Due to health regulations, we do not offer refunds unless the item has a manufacturing fault.
Exchange Eligibility
- Original packaging: Return the item in its original packaging with everything included.
- No alterations: The item must not have been cut or chemically treated.
- No washing or styling: The item must not have been shampooed, conditioned, curled or straightened.
- No styling products: Do not apply gel, creams, hairspray or other products.
- Original condition: The item must not have been worn or damaged, and all tags must remain attached.
Return Postage
The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
